Our Compliance Program is dedicated to ensuring that our organization upholds a culture that rapidly prevents, finds, and solves any matters that could infringe upon any laws or regulations both internally within our organization as well as beyond. Our staff regularly review local, state, and federal laws to ensure our organization’s policies are up-to-date. 

Every employee at South Florida ENT Associates receives training on our code of conduct and compliance policies within 30 days of being hired. There is also a yearly training session to ensure that all employees and providers remain aware of our policies.
